Tofu and Mushrom in Teochew
Bahan
- silken tofu
- 5 hioko mushrooms, boil, thinly slice
- 3 tbsp Happy Soya Oil
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 shallots, minced
- 1 cm of ginger, minced
- 3 red chili, slice in diagonal
- 1 tbsp of Medan Teochew
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp ang ciu
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp cornstarch flour
- 125 ml chicken broth
- ½ tsp pepper powder
Cara Masak
- Put tofu and mushrooms on a heat resistant dish. Steam for 10 minutes inside a pre-heated boiler until it’s done. Put out the fire and leave the tofu inside to keep it warm.
- Heat Happy Soya Oil, sauté shallots, garlic, ginger and red chili until it’s fragrant.
- Add Teochew and sauce. Stir evenly and lift.
- Pour the sauce on top of the tofu, served.
